Kolapo M. Ajayi | Founding Father & Champ Director Emeritus

The fundamental structures of our educational consulting service was laid by our founding father, Mr. Ajayi, who through his academic, personal and parenting life, embodied the excellence of setting an example for each of his children to raise champion generations.

Mr. Ajayi completed his general education at the University of London with an “O-Level” General Certificate of Education quickly followed by a Scottish Higher School Certificate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. It was clear to Mr. Ajayi that the best way to raise a strong family and still give back to society was through his understanding of pharmaceuticals. This led him to graduate from the School of Pharmacy at Robert Gordon University Aberdeen Scotland with a BSc. in Pharmacy and later, full registration as a Pharmacist Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.

After achieving an excellent education and cementing his exemplary credentials, Mr. Ajayi traveled to Nigeria to work as Senior Pharmacist at the Western Nigeria State Hospital and then Chief Pharmacist at the Polytechnic Health Centre Ibadan Oyo State. His abilities and successes led to time as the Chief Pharmacist at Farazan Island General Hospital in the Red Sea of Saudi Arabia and the Senior Pharmacist of the North West Armed Forces Hospital Tabuk.

Now, Mr. Ajayi enjoys a community pharmacy practice in the United Kingdom. His drive and personal ability to persevere throughout the years have been modeled by his successful children. Each of his five children has gone on to high achieving careers in medicine, pharmacology, engineering, law, and psychology. His dedication to improving the well-being of our greater humanity is directly reflected in the commitment to raising champion generations both academically and as society leaders.

We know this is not an understatement when we say Mr. Ajayi sets the standards we all strive to achieve. He has created large footprints for us to follow in, expanding his high level of career advancement beyond the family walls and into an organization set to instill the same rigor for academics, professionalism, and personal responsibility in every one of our candidates.

Thank you, sir. Your faith and trustworthy guidance is a valuable contribution to our ChamRISER team.

Kemi Michael | Champ Chief Operations Officer

Kemi’s story is a brilliant life example of grass to grace. She is a guiding light and testimony of success for parents prepared to offer unflinching sacrifice and desire to ensure their children’s success. Though not a college graduate, her powerful life skills led her to dedicate a successful hair business valued at $3.3 million to her children. This relentless drive to create a better life for her family was validated when her children began their studies at top private and public universities in Texas, all of which were fully funded by academic excellence grants and sports scholarships.

Every conversation with Kemi is another opportunity to learn from her years of life-hack wisdom. She exemplifies a strong woman unwilling to compromise when it comes to ensuring the next generation’s success. She is ChampRISER’s master connection for 360-degree empowerment. Her ability to blend professional experience from her time as Senior Trainer in Financial and Credit empowerment at Citibank, pass for children after being unable to conceive for 14 years before the gift of life was granted to each of her four children, and her empathetic heart as both a Pastor and Pastor’s wife, are simply astounding.

This same dedication and commitment to success fostered through Kemi’s life are now brought to the forefront of her interactions with every ChampRISER student. She is a proud mother, entrepreneur, businesswoman, and migrant who demonstrates her faith in the promise of tomorrow and passion for seeing people succeed in everything she does.
